Complimentary Valet Parking
When is complimentary valet parking available?
Complimentary valet parking is available every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 July to 30 August 2026.
Where is valet located?
Valet parking is located on Level 1 and can be accessed via Archer Street.
Do I need to book valet parking?
No. Valet parking is available on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability.
Is complimentary valet available every day?
No. Complimentary valet parking is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the campaign period.
What happens if valet is full?
Valet parking is subject to capacity. If valet is full, customers may use the centre car park and standard parking rates will apply unless they qualify for the luxury parking validation offer.

How do I qualify for complimentary parking?
Simply make a same-day purchase at a participating Level 1 luxury retailer and present your receipt at Concierge or the Valet Desk.
Is there a minimum spend required?
No. Any same-day purchase from a participating luxury retailer qualifies for the offer.
Are all Level 1 retailers included?
No. David Jones, Joie Brasserie and Manon Tearoom are excluded from this promotion.
Can I validate my parking at Concierge?
Yes. Customers can visit Concierge with their same-day receipt to arrange parking validation.
Can I validate my parking at the Valet Desk?
Yes. Customers can present their same-day receipt at the Valet Desk for validation.
