To make your visit as smooth as possible, we recommend entering via Archer Street or Malvern Avenue for the quickest and most convenient access.

You can now access the Chatswood Chase car park via:

Malvern Avenue

Our recommended entry, offering a smooth arrival with convenient access to all retail levels via travelators and lifts, including a direct pathway to Ground Level and David Jones.

Archer Street

Featuring an express Speed Ramp, providing direct access to Level 2 and rooftop parking for a faster arrival.

Victoria Avenue

Open as usual, with easy access to Coles and Kmart. Please note that this entry may experience higher traffic during peak periods.

Wherever you're headed, simply follow the signage on arrival for the most convenient parking based on your destination.

Enhancements across the car park have been designed to improve flow, navigation and overall convenience, helping you find a space faster and move through the centre with ease.

From 30 April, enjoy:

• Seamless ticketless parking entry and exit
• 2 hours of complimentary parking for all visitors
• Improved parking guidance systems
• Upgraded signage for easier navigation

Arriving 30 April, Valet Parking presented by Lexus on Level 1 with direct Speed Ramp access via Archer Street for a more elevated arrival experience.

For those choosing a more active commute, our soon to open end-of-trip facilities make it easier than ever to ride to Chatswood Chase.

Facilities include:

• 140 bicycle parking spaces, including 120 secure spaces
• Male, female and accessible showers
• Toilets and lockers

Chatswood Chase is just a short walk from Chatswood Interchange, serviced by train and metro - only 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD.

From the station, enjoy a convenient 10-minute walk down Victoria Avenue to the centre.
