How to redeem:

Collect two valid receipts:

• One retail receipt

• One dining receipt

  (Receipts must be original store receipts. Bank statements, transaction screenshots or banking app records cannot be accepted.)

Visit the Concierge Desk on the same day as your purchases.

Present:

• Your two receipts
• Scan the QR code and sign up to receive Chatswood Chase communications.
• Concierge will validate your purchases and provide 2 additional hours of complimentary parking.
• Limit one parking extension per vehicle per day.
• Standard parking rates apply if you exceed the extended parking period.
