We’re delighted to announce the introduction of ticketless parking coming soon to Chatswood Chase.
To use the new system, you will need to register your vehicle and payment details online.
Once registered, your number plate becomes your parking ID — no paper ticket required.
This upgrade is designed to improve traffic flow and reduce delays at exit during busy
periods.
How Will It Work?
1. Register your vehicle online (number plate + payment details).
2. Drive in - your number plate is automatically recognised.
3. Park and enjoy your visit.
4. Exit - payment is processed automatically (if you have visited for longer than 3 hours) and the boom gate lifts.
Why We’re Making This Change?
We know exiting the car park can take time during peak periods. Ticketless Parking is
