Works will soon commence on pedestrian upgrades along Victoria Avenue, adjacent to the Chatswood Chase car park entry and exit.

The works will deliver improvements to the pedestrian crossing and surrounding footpath infrastructure, including new accessible pram ramps, paving, tactile indicators and line marking.

Chatswood Chase will remain open and accessible throughout the works.

To safely complete the upgrades, works will take place progressively in stages from Friday 9 October to Wednesday 11 November.

During this period:

The Chatswood Chase car park will remain open and accessible.

At times, one car park exit lane will be temporarily closed during working hours, with traffic management in place.

Pedestrian routes and crossings along Victoria Avenue may temporarily change as works progress.

Clear directional signage, barriers and traffic controllers will be in place to assist customers.

Access for pedestrians and vehicles will be maintained throughout the works.

If you are visiting during this period, please allow a little extra time when entering or leaving the car park or travelling along Victoria Avenue and follow the temporary directional signage.

We appreciate your patience while these important improvements are completed and apologise for any inconvenience during the works.

Works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 11 November 2026, subject to weather and construction conditions.
