Roll, create and taste at the Sushi Hub x Chatswood Chase Kids Sushi Making Workshop — a fun and interactive school holiday activity designed especially for young food lovers.

Led by the experienced sushi chefs from Sushi Hub, children will learn the fundamentals of sushi making and enjoy a hands-on experience using real tools and fresh ingredients. From rolling to tasting, this workshop is all about creativity, confidence and delicious fun.

And yes — kids get to enjoy the sushi they make, so come with an empty stomach!

Workshop Sessions

Each session runs for 45 minutes. Please select one session when booking:

• Session 1: 10:00am
• Session 2: 11:00am
• Session 3: 12:00pm
• Session 4: 1:00pm
• Session 5: 2:00pm

• This workshop is designed for children aged 4–12 years.
• Children under 4 years are not permitted.
• All bookings are non-refundable for ineligible age groups.
• Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will be considered a no-show and bookings will be non-refundable.
