Chatswood Chase is extending its trading hours, giving you more time to shop, dine and unwind.
Our new hours are designed in response to customer feedback, bringing you greater flexibility and more opportunities to enjoy the very best of Chatswood, day or night.

This change also supports the Willoughby Night Time Economic Development Strategy, which celebrates Chatswood as the cultural hub of Sydney’s North Shore. Together, we’re creating a more vibrant, connected, and welcoming evening experience for our community.

Whether you’re meeting friends for dinner, browsing your favourite boutiques after work, or simply soaking up the evening atmosphere, Chatswood Chase is ready when you are.

New Trading Hours – from 5 December

Monday – Tuesday: 10am – 6pm
Wednesday, Friday, Sunday: 10am – 7pm
Thursday: 10am – 9pm
Saturday: 9am – 7pm

Why We’re Extending Our Hours

We’ve listened to our customers who told us they wanted more time to enjoy everything Chatswood Chase has to offer.
These extended hours bring us in line with other leading shopping destinations and reflect Chatswood’s growing role as a vibrant evening destination — where shopping, dining, and culture come together.

By staying open later, we’re helping shape a more active and inclusive night-time economy, offering you more choice, more convenience, and more reasons to visit.

The new hours will take effect from Thursday, 5 December 2025.

Most stores will trade according to the new hours listed above, though some individual retailers, cafés, and restaurants may vary. We recommend checking with your favourite stores directly or visiting our store directory for specific details.

3. Why has Chatswood Chase changed its trading hours?

The change reflects feedback from our customers who wanted more flexibility to shop and dine later in the day. It also supports Willoughby City Council’s vision for a thriving evening economy across Chatswood.
