Enjoy a hands-free shopping experience with our complimentary Parcel Minding Service, available to all Chatswood Chase guests. Simply drop off your shopping bags at the Concierge Desk and continue browsing the centre with ease.

How It Works

  1. Bring your shopping bags to the Concierge Desk.
  2. Our team will secure your bags and attach a uniquely numbered Chatswood Chase ticket.
  3. We’ll record your details and store your items safely in a locked cupboard behind the desk.
  4. Return with your ticket to collect your bags at any time before centre closing.

Service Details

  • Free for all guests.
  • Available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to storage capacity.
  • Limited to shopping bags purchased within Chatswood Chase.
  • Size and quantity restrictions apply.
  • All items are securely stored by authorised staff only.

What You Can Store

We can accept up to two standard-sized shopping bags per customer. Fragile items may be accepted at staff discretion.
We cannot store perishable goods, personal items (e.g., wallets, prams, luggage), hazardous items, live plants/animals, or high-value goods such as jewellery or luxury items.

Collection

Parcels must be collected at least 15 minutes before centre closing.
A matching receipt is required to collect all items. Lost receipts will require ID and verification.
