We’re thrilled to share that we’re in the final stages of transforming Chatswood Chase into a refreshed and elevated shopping destination. As part of this exciting journey, we’ll be making some important upgrades that require temporary changes to access.

From Thursday 17 July, the existing Victoria Avenue entrance - including lift access - will be temporarily closed for up to 10 weeks while we complete essential works. A new stair-access-only entrance on Victoria Avenue, located on the corner near the car park entry, will be open during this time. For visitors with mobility needs or requiring assistance - including those with prams - please use the ramp on Havilah Street for the most convenient access.

These works include:

· A brand-new Victoria Avenue entrance

· Stunning new internal finishes – stairs, flooring, and ceilings

· Façade upgrades

· A full refurbishment of Lift 9

· Beautiful new landscaping

· Final touches to new retail spaces along Victoria Avenue

We know this may cause some disruption, and we’re committed to making your visit as smooth as possible:

· Free shuttle bus service daily from 10am to 3pm for those requiring assistance to the entry on Havilah St.

· Extra Guest Experience staff, security, and chaperones on-site to assist and guide you

· Ongoing support for customers with accessibility needs

These works are part of the final phase before we unveil the reimagined retail experience from October 2025. We can’t wait to welcome you to a new era of shopping at Chatswood Chase.
