Fabbrica Chatswood presents a modern take on traditional Italian flavours and food, creating an approachable and fun dining experience for guests.
Fabbrica’s story began in 2020, while dining out was off the menu and Love Tilly Group’s founders decided to sling restaurant-quality pasta packs to Sydney homes from Ragazzi Wine + Pasta.
The sell-out reception led the team to open their first pasta shop in the CBD. The pasta extruder became the heart of the concept, producing traditional Italian shapes on site, with a selection of innovative sauces, snacks, freshly baked bread, produce and wine, ready to take home or polish off on the spot.
Fast forward to today, and in-the-know diners can enjoy the Fabbrica experience at four buzzing locations - most recently Fabbrica Chatswood.
Look out for classics like the ricotta filled zucchini flowers, drizzled with hot honey; spaghetti cacio e pepe; squiggles of mafaldine with prawn and ‘nduja; and of course, the iconic hazelnut tiramisu.
